Cancellation by the client
If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the reservation date, the full deposit will be refunded. <br> No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
Cancellation due to weather conditions
If the tour cannot be carried out due to bad weather, we will try to reschedule it for another available date. <br> If it is not possible to find a new date, a full refund of the deposit will be made.
